What is a storage condominium?
An individual storage unit that is part of a multi-unit building. A condo buyer takes ownership of a single unit and owns it as real property. The owners of all the individual units jointly own the building exterior and common areas, including the real estate.

Is a storage condo a smart investment?
Since your buying real property, any improvements to your unit will increases the value, especially for resale. Many units of similar design and size have seen significant increase in value over the past 5-10 years.

Why should I own a storage condominium?
After the initial down payment, the costs of ownership are about the same as renting. Later, the unit could be sold at an appreciated value, recapturing the investment. Since you own it, you can customize your condo any way you like. Each unit has a minimum clear height of 15' and up; this is to accommodate a mezzanine area.

Can I rent out my storage condo?
Yes. Storage condos are ideal as rentals for several reasons. A storage condo allows the renter to pay for things like electric, gas and cable, in addition to monthly rent and association fee. Storage condos are low maintenance as the exterior and grounds are insured and maintained by the association.

What are the sizes of the condominium units?
The condominium unit sizes range from approximatly 30' wide x 40' deep (1,200 sq. ft) to approximatly 30' wide x 53'.4" deep (1,600 sq. ft), multiple units can be combined to fit almost any size requirement up to 22,000 sq.ft. Each unit includes one insulated 12' x 14' electric over head door and one walk through door.

What type of power will be available for each condo unit?
All units will have 100 amp service panels.

What are the costs for association dues?
Approximately $47 per month is the estimated cost.

What do the condo dues pay for?
Condo dues cover the common area expenses for snow removal, lawn maintenance, water and sewer, electric, natural gas, cleaning, and property insurance.
